Eighteen years after the unexplained disappearance of legendary English rock star Alec Wilson, struggling Irish music journalist James Dearborn receives a mysterious email: a raw, unfinished demo of Alec’s final song. But the voice singing it isn’t Alec’s—it belongs to an unfamiliar, hauntingly ethereal female vocalist.
Pushed by his editor to uncover the truth, James must confront the shattered memories of a life he left behind in Paris and his complicated feelings for Ana Arditti, the woman both he and Alec once loved.
As James traces the ethereal voice, he faces Ana, his unspoken emotions, and the haunting discovery that a piece of himself was taken alongside Alec’s and Ana’s vanishing.
